Senior Preparation (Year 10)
Investigating Places Through Fieldwork and Discovery
Year 10 Geography brings learning beyond the classroom through fieldwork, data collection and environmental investigations.
Boys explore coastal ecosystems, sustainability and global wellbeing while developing practical skills in mapping, research and spatial analysis. These hands-on experiences build confidence in geographical inquiry and prepare students for senior geography studies.
Senior Years (Year 11-12)
Creating Sustainable Solutions for a Changing World
Senior Geography challenges students to investigate natural hazards, population change, urban environments and global sustainability.
Through field research, spatial technologies and data analysis, boys develop the skills to interpret complex geographical issues and propose practical solutions. The subject prepares students for future pathways in environmental science, planning, engineering and related fields.
