Our Year 5 intake is completed when your son is in Year 3. The first step is to complete the Stage 1 Application, which can be done any time from birth. Completing this will ensure you are invited to complete the Stage 2 Application when the enrolment process begins.

How to Apply
Stage 1 Application: Open from birth
Stage 1 is the first step of the application process. This can be completed online at any time from birth until the Stage 2 Applications close for the intake. Stage 1 and 2 applications received after an intake closes or when a cohort is at capacity will be added to our waitlist.
Stage 2 Application Request
We will request further information via the Stage 2 application when your son’s intake process commences. For Year 5 entry, the application and interview process occurs when your son is in Year 3.
For Year 7 entry, the application and interview process occurs when your son is in Year 4.
For boarding entry, Year 7 intake commences in Year 4 and Year 9 intake commences in Year 7. Applications are considered until capacity in each cohort is reached.
Stage 2 applications received after an intake closes or when a cohort is at capacity will be added to our waitlist.
Interview
Once the Stage 2 application has been processed and considered, successful applicants will be invited to interview. Timelines for interviews vary depending on Entry Year and Boarding/Day Student status. These will be communicated by the Admissions team when the Stage 2 forms are requested.
Outcome
All applications are reviewed by the Principal following interviews. Letters of offer/waitlist/decline will be emailed following the interview. Enrolment offers are subject to the completion of paperwork and payment of the Enrolment Acceptance fee of $1,000 prior to the offer's expiry stated in the letter.
Waitlist
If you are applying from a year level outside of these main intake years or you have missed the cut-off, please complete the Stage 1 and 2 Applications as soon as possible so that we can add your son to our waitlist.
While on our waitlist, our Admissions team will reach out to you for updated school reports and to confirm your wish to remain on the waitlist. Please ensure you respond to these requests to keep his waitlist position current.
