What sets Nudgee College apart is its distinctive pastoral care model.
Anchored by the House system, the Junior School is enriched by the presence of Year 12 Big Brothers, who join our Junior School boys every morning for Pastoral Care. This vertical mentoring program is more than a tradition; it creates meaningful relationships, fosters belonging and helps every student feel part of the Nudgee community from day one.
Our focus is on developing confident, responsible and considerate young men. We nurture these qualities through a purposeful Student Formation Program delivered each week, preparing boys for Senior School and life beyond.
