Building Skills for a Future in Construction
The CPC20220 Certificate II in Construction Pathways provides students with practical industry skills and foundational knowledge for the building sector. Through hands-on training in construction techniques, safety practices and technical processes, boys develop confidence working with tools, materials and plans. Delivered as a nationally recognised qualification, the course provides a strong pathway into apprenticeships, employment and further study.
Senior Years (Year 11-12)
From Training Ground to Construction Site
Delivered through practical learning and industry-focused projects, the Certificate II in Construction Pathways develops students’ trade skills through authentic construction experiences.
Boys learn timber construction, measurement, tool operation and workplace safety while completing competency-based assessments. Through practical demonstrations and theory activities, students build the confidence, knowledge and industry readiness required for future careers in construction.
