Learn to Swim (LTS) Coordinator
We are seeking a qualified and organised Learn to Swim (LTS) Coordinator to balance a unique blend of office based administration (scheduling, compliance, parent communication) and active, on-deck swim coaching and staff supervision. You would be joining an inclusive, professional environment delivering top-tier swimming education to the local Brisbane community.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong administrative and scheduling skills.
- Experience in staff supervision and premium customer/parent communication.
- Relevant swim teaching/coaching qualifications and a dedication to water safety.
- A Qld Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
