St Joseph’s Nudgee College is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Performing Arts Development Manager to drive participation, pathways and program growth across our Performing Arts program. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) offered on a term time basis. Working closely with the Director of Performing Arts, you will lead initiatives that strengthen student engagement, build clear pathways from Years 5–12 and expand connections with feeder schools and the wider community. This is a unique opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact within a vibrant and growing Performing Arts program.

The Role

You will:

  • Lead initiatives to grow participation and engagement across Performing Arts
  • Develop clear and sustainable student pathways from Years 5–12
  • Coordinate workshops, events, camps and enrichment opportunities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with feeder schools and community partners
  • Support the promotion and profile of Performing Arts across the College
  • Use data and insights to inform program growth and improvement
