St Joseph’s Nudgee College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Upper Primary Teacher (Years 5/ 6) to join our Junior School for a 12-month contract, commencing Monday 19 January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant Year 5 or 6 class within a values-driven community known for its commitment to excellence, wellbeing, and holistic education.

The Role

As a member of our Junior School team, you will:

About You

You are an inspiring, adaptable educator who values connection, curiosity, and growth. You bring:

  • Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration or eligibility to obtain
  • Relevant qualifications and experience teaching in upper primary (Year 5/6 preferred)
  • A reflective, student-centred approach to teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to professional growth and collaboration
