The Role

As a member of the English Faculty, you will:

  • Teach English across a range of year levels, including senior classes
  • Create engaging, inclusive, and thought-provoking learning experiences
  • Foster a love of literature, language, and critical thinking in your students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design innovative and challenging curriculum initiatives
  • Support students pastorally and academically within a strong community of care
  • Actively contribute to the co-curricular and cultural life of the College

  • Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Queensland College of Teachers
  • Qualifications suitable for teaching Secondary English, with senior experience highly regarded
