Rowing Boatshed Manager / Facility Coordinator
St Joseph’s Nudgee College is seeking a dedicated Rowing Boatshed Manager / Facility Coordinator to support our highly regarded rowing program.
In this full-time role, you’ll:
- Maintain and repair rowing boats, motors and equipment
- Coordinate equipment movement and trailer loading for training, regattas and camps
- Oversee the safety and upkeep of our Wyampa Road facility
- Ensure facilities and equipment are ready for daily use
- Work closely with students, staff, families, suppliers and the wider rowing community
About you:
- Experience in rowing boat rigging, repairs and equipment maintenance
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents
- Marine Driver’s Licence (or willingness to obtain), driver’s licence, and Blue Card
- Flexibility with working hours is essential - including early mornings, evenings, weekends and camps during the rowing season.
