Casual Boarding Supervisor
St Joseph’s Nudgee College is seeking reliable and supportive Casual Boarding House Supervisors to join our Boarding team. Working within our Boarding Village, you will help provide a safe, respectful and supportive environment for students from Years 5 to 12. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people and contribute to the daily life of a vibrant boarding community.
The Role
As a Casual Boarding House Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise and support boarders during rostered casual shifts
- Maintain expectations around behaviour, safety and study routines
- Promote respectful use of shared spaces within the Boarding Village
- Support students’ wellbeing, development and daily routines
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment in line with College expectations
About the Role
- Casual position with shifts offered as required
- Term-time work within the College boarding environment
- Evening and weekend shifts are required
