Over the past five weeks, Year 6 student Jayden Donald has been representing St Joseph’s Nudgee College at the Queensland Inter-school Equestrian Championships.

He achieved some outstanding results in many disciplines, and was also awarded the prestigious Horse and Rider of the Year title, alongside one of his horses, Montazza Bonfire Brandy.

Winning this award has resulted in Jayden being invited to the Equestrian Queensland Gala Awards night in February, 2017.

Jayden’s fantastic performance at the Championships has also earned him a place in the Inter-school Australian Championships, to be held in Sydney in September, where he will compete in two events.
