This Term, many families within the Junior School have purchased a gift and placed it under a tree in the O’Neill Building, to be given to a foster child in need for Christmas.

Participants in this appeal were able to choose a gift tag off the tree, which detailed the names and ages of the gift recipients.

While only 84 gift tags were placed on the tree, more than 110 presents were donated, ensuring even more children would not be without a present on Christmas Day.

This afternoon the gifts were picked up by Mercy Community Services’ foster care unit. Thank you to the many generous community members for taking part in this appeal.
