Lady Mayoress visits Nudgee for Catholic Education Week

Brisbane's Lady Mayoress and patron of Catholic Education Week, Mrs Lisa Newman, visited the College on Saturday 28 July together with her husband, Lord Mayor Campbell Newman, and their two daughters.
Catholic Education Week was an opportunity for us to celebrate our ethos and mission and showcase the wonderful work of our staff and students.
At Nudgee, the College Open Day and Grandparents' Day was the culmination of this week and games against our brother school, St Joseph's Gregory Terrace, were the finale.
The Newman family was guest to the Nudgee vs Terrace rugby game. The last match of the season is always an exciting one, and this one was no exception. Nudgee won the game, with a score of 53-27.
