Grease still the word
June 22, 2007
After more than 30 years, Grease is "still the word". The musical about 1950s high school students is being performed by Nudgee College and St Rita's students from 21 - 27 July at the Redcliffe Entertainment Centre.

Since its release in 1978 Grease has captured and continues to capture the hearts of film and theatre goers worldwide, one generation to the next.
It is without doubt one of the most enjoyable and energetic musicals ever produced, brilliant from start to finish.
Nudgee's Marc Gardiner plays the lead role Danny and St Rita's Elise L'Estrange plays Sandy. Those familiar with the film version would equate them with John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.
