We take seriously the responsibility of providing your son(s) and future generations of Nudgee College students with the best possible education. Nudgee College’s extensive range of educational offerings and facilities are substantially funded by annual school fees and are highly dependent upon accounts being paid on time. Accordingly, parent support in making the payment of school fees a priority is appreciated. Our fee billing process and preferred fee payment arrangements are outlined below:

To assist parents to budget for our school fees, parents will be sent a 2012 Annual Fee Account in mid December 2011 which will include all compulsory school fees and levies for your son/s for the 2012 school year. The Annual Fee Account will also include any unpaid fee balance left at the end of 2011 and will replace the four fee accounts previously sent out before the start of each school term. Parents will however receive a statement of account at the end of each term to enable them to monitor the status of their fee account.

On receiving their 2012 Annual Fee Account, parents are asked to please complete and return the School Fee Payment Authority (direct debit payment authority) form which will be enclosed with their 2012 Annual Fee Account.  The fee payment options included on the form are:

  • 10 equal monthly instalments commencing on 10 February and ending 10 November 2012;

  • 22 fortnightly instalments commencing 10 February 2012 and concluding on 30 November 2012; or

  • One annual payment paid in advance on 10 February 2012.

It is understood that parents who have variable incomes from their businesses or farming operations, may not find these fee payment options viable. Any parent who wishes to make an alternative payment arrangement is asked to please contact Mr Darryl Sinclair, College Fees Manager on DSinclair@nudgee.com or 07 3865 0404.

Any outstanding fees or additional charges incurred during 2012 by your son/s, eg charges for lost library books, will be added to your fee account during 2012. These amounts will be shown on the Statement of Account which will be forwarded to you at the end of each term in 2012 and will be “paid” through an adjustment made to your last scheduled direct debit deduction in November 2012.

Parents who are unable to participate in a direct debit fee payment arrangement can pay their fees via:

  1. BPAY - The Biller Code and BPAY reference are located at the top right of a Nudgee College fees statement together with the payment amount. More information about using BPAY can be located on the internet www.bpaycom.au.

  2. Paying in Person - Payment can be made at the College, directly with Nudgee College Finance Office staff who are located in the Treacy Building. 3. Mailing your Payment - Simply detach the top part of your Nudgee College fees statement and return with your cheque, addressed to Nudgee College Finance, PO Box 130,Virginia, Q 4014.
