Br Vincent Fogarty (1910–1992) held many positions at Nudgee College during 42 years of service including Deputy Headmaster, Dormitory Master and School Bursar. Broadly recognised as an outstanding teacher of Latin and French, Br Fogarty spent four years respectively at St Pats Goulburn and Charters Towers, both boarding schools. Although he spent the last two years in hospital, Br Vincent Fogarty retained his avid interest in Nudgee College.
