Nudgee College has one cattle stud, Brahman as well as some lead steers and heifers. Cattle are housed in the on campus cattle yards. Cattle Club members are involved with the day to day care and feeding of the cattle and work with them most afternoons a week. Cattle Club students are also invited to attend the annual training camp at Chudley Brahman Stud in Cooroy where they gain experience in the practical handling of cattle stock.
With the introduction of Years 5–7 in 2008, Nudgee College has also introduced a Junior Cattle Club where students work with smaller cattle to learn the basics.
