1. Attitudes and Perceptions
We all know that we learn more effectively when we have a positive attitude. It is the responsibility of both the teacher and the student to work to maintain positive attitudes and perceptions. Our aim would be for students to:
- Feel accepted by their teachers and each other
- Have a sense of comfort and order
- See learning tasks as interesting and worthwhile
- Believe they have the ability and resources to complete tasks
- Understand and be clear about learning tasks
